Helpful answers for parents, coaches, and league admins.

How do two parents share access to the same player?

One parent should create the player first. The other parent should use "Claim Existing Player" on their dashboard, enter the player's name and birthdate, and submit the request. The primary parent will then approve the request from their dashboard.

How do I join a league?

Log in and open the league page. Click "Join" to become a member. You can request coach, official, or concessions access from your dashboard if needed.

How do I register a player?

From your dashboard, click "New Registration." Choose the player and the season, then select the division. Registration options and fees update based on the league settings.

Why can't I see a player?

Players are visible to their approved guardians. If you need access, submit a claim request or ask the primary guardian to approve you.

How do payments work?

You can pay each registration individually or use "Pay All" from your dashboard. Payments are processed through the league's Square account.

How do I set up Square?

Go to developer.squareup.com, create an Application called "Field Day", and then copy the Access Token and Location ID into your league settings. Use sandbox credentials for testing and production credentials when you are ready to go live.

How do I become a coach, official, or concessions volunteer?

Use the request buttons on your dashboard. Your request will be reviewed by league admins, and you will be notified once approved.
