End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Field Day (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal league operations, subject to this Agreement.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You will provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and league policies.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access it without authorization, or interfere with its operation.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes on others' rights.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam or perform unlawful activities.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process your data to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents for player and guardian data you submit.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update this Agreement, and we will post the updated version here. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
